We are here to help you on all aspects of Richmondshire District Council services including the completion of forms, advice with enquiries about any service including housing benefits, housing, planning applications, council tax and many more.
We will also ring other organisations on your behalf.
We work in partnership with the North Yorkshire County
Council library staff.
The library staff can take cash and cheque payments on our behalf
at times when our office is not manned, including Saturdays from
10.00am - 1.00pm.

- Sundry Debtor Invoices
- Car Parking Fines
- Lifeline Scheme
- Purchase your yearly RDC parking permit here

We are able to scan original documents for claims and these are sent directly to the Benefits team.

Bureau are here on Thursdays for debt advice by appointment
only.
