The Council employs around 330 people and is structured into
four services.
Under a system of delegation, each service is managed by an
Assistant Director responsible for delivering the services under
their control.

We support the delivery of the Community Strategy, Council Plan, Theme Business Plans and Council priorities and provide a lead on community engagement, point of contact for our customers, administration services, economic development, tourism, corporate policy, and technology.

- Resource Service is one of four individual services within the Council. The other services of Environment, Community and Customer in conjunction with Resources, all deliver services in support of the Council’s vision and values, under the guidance of the Executive core.
- Senior Management
- Shared senior management between Richmondshire District Council and Hambleton District Council.
